How is a lucky vehicle number calculated?
Add only the digits on the plate. Reduce that sum to a single digit, all the way, so 11 becomes 2. Compare it with your mulank, the day of birth reduced with master numbers kept. The score is their harmony on the planetary table, multiplied by 8.
What is a mulank?
The mulank, or driver number, is the day of the month reduced. The 5th is 5. The 29th is 11, and 11 is not reduced further. It is not the life path, which uses the full date, and it is not the destiny number, which uses the name.
Do the letters on the plate count?
No. MH, DL, AP and the series letters are dropped. Only 0 to 9 are added. A different series with the same digits is the same reduced number. The letters are a registration mark, not part of this sum.
